Danielle started her insurance career in 1994 while working for Westfield Insurance as a multi-line claims adjuster. Over the next eight years she specialized in handling complex personal injury settlements which often involved structured settlement annuities. Danielle recognized the importance of structured settlements and became a full-time annuity broker in 2002. Her expertise as a Structured Settlement Consultant includes the settlement of cases involving medical malpractice, general liability, truck and auto liability, products liability, employment liability, long-term disability, worker’s compensation, mass tort settlements, structured sales and oil & gas lease bonus payments. She also specializes in handling Work Comp/Liability/No-Fault settlements that require a Medicare Set Aside Account (MSA).
Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Ashland Univeristy in Ashland, Ohio and is a licensed Life/Health agent in over 25 states. She has been the Managing Broker of the firm since 2006 which includes overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, annuity servicing, and product development. She is available to assist clients with claims staff training, attendance at settlement meetings, annuity proposals, file consultations and life care plan analysis.
She is an active member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) as well as the Central Ohio Self-Insurers Assocation (COSIA). She recieved the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from the University of Notre Dame in 2003. She enjoys all outdoor activities, supporting the Ohio State Buckeyes, reading and playing golf.
